National Aerial Attacks Deep Inside Russian Territory
Kyiv's aerial vehicles targeted a production facility approximately 1,300km inside Russia at Sterlitamak. Moscow's Security Legal Adjustments
Defense force members will now have to guard oil refineries against aerial attacks after the Russian leader approved legislation on Tuesday increasing their involvement in the war effort. The national leader also approved legislation allowing military conscription all year round whereas earlier it occurred only during specific times in cooler seasons. Russian law prohibits conscripts from being sent to battle, but after their military service they join the reserve forces, placing them in danger of being assigned to combat zones.

International Support and Diplomatic Changes
The European nation plans to boost armed assistance to the eastern European country by three billion euros next year to about €11.5bn, the treasury department in the capital said on the start of the week. The Mediterranean country called in the Russian diplomat on the start of the week to object to what it said were vulgar, troubling and unacceptable comments by federation official who associated the tragic event of a building in the capital to the country's armed aid for Ukraine. The government representative stated that the country would not change its foreign policy stance or its principles in reaction to careless statements. The federation's diplomatic mission later posted condolences for the demise of a construction employee in the incident but took the opportunity to object that the negative feedback to the remarks was biased against Russia.
